3. Changes to ByLaws - Need proposal 60 days before meeting.
4. Who will run meeting on the MLM - ANMP cruise? Marcie is tired would like a peaceful cruise.
5. Should an international organization be authorized with current changes? International Association of Network Professionals? If so, would have to be self-funded and leaders would have to pay for meetings like #5 below.
5. Alfred Lukerbauer, Director Germany/Austria, want to hold an International meeting this year in Vienna and also attend the European Congress meeting. Who will go to represent ANMP in Holland on 2 Sept. Pay your own way.

MISSION: DRA Advocates for the Rights and Empowers Members (both Companies and Independent Representatives) in Multi-Level Marketing. Our goal is to to promote, preserve and protect the Company/Independent Contractor Relationships through establishing professional standards that are fair and just to all and attain the highest standard of Professional Conduct.

The Distributor Rights Association was Officially formed The 13th of March 2004 in National Convention, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Over sixty top distributors from around the world attended to balance the legal processes in the MLM world. Five top MLM Lawyers attended and provided panel overview input with two lawyers that were lawyers attending from the floor. Many issues were discussed to be put in the “Standards” book that the DRA will soon publish. The brilliance and intelligence in the room probably compared directly with the 1776 Convention for American Independence. A middle line was chosen between conservative and radical members from the floor. It was the sense of the entire delegation that education and clarification would go much further than any other form as an MLM Industry change agent.
