MLM SOFTWARE SURVIVORS
BAD vs. GOOD MLM SOFTWARE
SOFTWARE - WHY MANY MLM COMPANIES FAIL!
If a company fails and you think they are scam artists maybe not! Many times it may be the MLM software programmers that caused the MLM company to bite the dust! It is interesting when I did a search on MLM software on Goggle when writing this is how many do not have their name, picture, or addresses on their MLM software website! Very interesting. To me looks scammy.
SOFTWARE DISASTER AND THEFT
-------------------------
MLM BAD SOFTWARE AN INDUSTRY DISEASE
Oct 12 2007 - It gets hard to track all the software grief out there. One MLM Software company has changed it's name 3x in the last two years. Make sure the software company is over 3-5 years old and it is not a buddy that they give you as a reference. No there isn't any cheap functional software out there.
MLM BAD SOFTWARE - MOUNTIES - JAIL - SOFTWARE TREACHERY AND SOFTWARE CROOKS
Dec 7 2006 - Push 72 was 5 months late and then....The following morning of January 16th 2006 to our amazement Push72 and/or Uniclear accessed our website, shut all PCI emails and content down and posted a notice, stating that if anyone wanted to close their Uniclear account they could do so but the cost would be $12, but Uniclear suggested to all PCI Associates that for 50 cents they could transfer their funds into the PCI corporate account. They displayed our PCI account number without our permission, a breech of securities & confidentiality. They had not informed us that they were doing this either, we felt that it was totally unprofessional and unethical. I immediately contacted our lawyer Mr. Cory Lewis (THE GOOD LAWYER) and he assisted me in removing the hosting and domain name from Push72,

MLM Software Survivors
Sept 2005 -- Right now I estimate that there are over 80 MLM Companies that have have their database partially swiped by the Microsoft security flaw showing up on ASP pages. if your downline shows up on the street don't go into shock.

MLM Software Survivors
End June 2005 – MLM software Survivor TPE money source partner was sucked in by RF (supposedly a top hitter), who the partner did not know was being paid $5000 to land a contract with a scumy MLM software company out of Florida. The first hint shout have been that the software company charged them $15,000 to get a merchant account quickly. Ok, the MLM software did not track correctly, that may have been able to be fixed. The big problem is that the MLM Computer Company put them into another client’s Merchant Account. That is not legal. It is called “factoring” and calls for the account to be shut down – no two different companies can share an account. It might not have been so apparent except the Bad MLM Software Company had every 8 or 10 people being charge $180 instead of $169. So when people saw the wrong company name and $180 charged on their credit card, the bank shut down the Merchant Account. TPE was shut down effectively with the bank legitimately with holding about $40,000 of TPE’s money. A lesser company would have been shut down. TPE, as I write this, is desperately moving to a good computer company by pulling off the genealogy one by one and putting them in the new MLM computer system. Heck of a way to spend the fourth of July!
5 May 2005 -- MicroSoft Flaw. Active ASP (Database driven pages) allow a software database ripper to go through the ASP page with Distributors name on it and to the software database and rip the entire data base. One company who will remain unamed had their entire Distributor database ripped off. One of their Distributors heard it was for sale and told the San Diego MLM Company. The MLM Company slapped a lawsuit against the MLM Name List Vendor. He immediately gave up the name to the MLM Company of the software hacker that ran the database ripper. MLM Software attacks and hacks are more frequent than last few years because fresh MLM name lists are bringing such big prices up to $20@! You need high security MLM Software.
03 Jan 2005 - New update! Turns out one U.S. MLM Software Company had offshore programmers. The MLM Software programmers stole a database of 14,000 credit cards and disappeared. Now scammers are hitting the cards. People and the law are getting on the company. Stand By. Ed. Note: Company gone and people threatening lawsuits. Probably not much chance.
Oct 12 2004 -- I just got my 3rd call of the year from a company that bought bad MLM software and it messed up checks and shipping products. That killed their growth and now they can't afford replacement MLM software. Lawyers aren't cheap and it takes years to win in court and get the money back. All I can do is tell them to go raise more money and I will direct them to the MLM software good guys. Sad, sad I am beggining to think that MLM Software is a worse scam than pyramid schemes.
1 Dec 2004 -- MLM Software Survivor company. MLM Software Company out of Dallas Tx promised super duper software. Talked a good game and perfect online demos that were very impressive. The Closing point was that they would include a complete list of the Excel Database of Distributors (Excel just died). There would be 240,000 people on the list. The company EP sent $15,000. The next thing they heard from MLM Sofware Company was - --- They filed bankruptcy and lost the Excel list!!!
11 August 2003 A few months back I defended people that started many failed MLM companies in the fact, that they were not scam artists. In my book "How To Start Your MLM or Internet Multi-Affiliate Company" one of the first serious things I look at is MLM Software. There is so much of MLM software out there that doesn't work it is a major reason for companies failing. I wrote about the "diet pops" that paid out $130% commission which had to be an MLM software issue or a very stupid MLM software programmer. Some of the failing MLM software is because the programmer thinks he/she can do it and not have the foggiest about the complexity of MLM software.
12 Nov 2002 -- I got a plea for help from a company asking for help, that was being held hostage, by MLM Software Programmers. The MLM Software Programmers were charging $12 for each new member put into their system. This was after the company paid $30,000 for the MLM Binary Software Program! Hiway robbery and the MLM binary software is the worst! Oh and the software did not do checks correctly!
Over 50% of the MLM Software companies, are either stark dumb or a scam! Also it is interesting with the offshore rush to MLM software. Boy, Dangerous way to buy MLM software! At least if they are in the United States you can sue the software vendors if your MLM company takes a hit. I know a company I talked to that had sued one company and was getting ready to sue another for the bad MLM software they got from 2 MLM software Companies !
So if a company you are in "goes under" don't always blame the owners! They may have been short on money and tried to hire a cheaper version of MLM software and got into a downward spiral. Remember MLM software paying out too much makes distributors happy, but the company will not be around very long.

UNDERSTAND this one quote and it will revolutionize your thinking about network marketing in this NEW, GLOBAL ECONOMY…
"In the future, Network Marketers will fly through cyberspace with the freedom of flocking birds. They will band together when it suits them, and part company when opportunity calls them elsewhere. They will organize themselves not in corporations, but in cyberswarms, networks of entrepreneurs with ties to many different companies, who band together informally and temporarily around a common goal, coordinating their efforts through telecommunications."
"In the multi-affiliate environment to come, the cyberswarm will reign supreme. Virtually anyone will be able to sell directly through their website, using sophisticated eCommerce functions. Every race, creed, interest group, and subculture will prowl the Internet in search of opportunity. Swarms, sub-swarms, and mini-swarms will overlap and cross-promote a bewildering variety of goods and services."
"Those who embrace and use the combination of eCommerce and MLM compensation structure, with multiple companies are aptly called Multi-Affiliate Pioneers." "The website serves entirely different customer needs by offering diversified products and/or services through different companies that combine eCommerce capabilities and the network marketing compensation structure."
"The Internet makes it not only possible, but mandates multiple affiliation if organizations will continue to grow and thrive without ongoing personal individual recruiting. Instead of recruiting one, you can recruit an entire existing network to cross-promote value-added products or services."
